I,ve been Gaming over 30 years and I still get a game in nearly every second week,mind you I've to travel about 60kms.,which is about normal over here,due to vastness of this Country. I still have family in Aberdeen and hope to visit in the near future,if so maybe I can have a game at your club.

  4. What's it like living there? Edinburgh is a great place to live. I do love Lewis but only for a couple of weeks at a time. It's always nice to find pages about Lewis just to remind me of home. Especially when my Dad is one of your photos (guy at front of pipe band)

  3. What's it like living there? Toronto is a great city (home of the Toronto Maple Leaf hockey team) It's big, busy, multicultural. I am in the arts, so it is a perfect place to be.I grew up on the west coast however-in the Fraser Valley near Vancouver, which is definitely worth a visit. Great skiing and sailing.
  4. And finally: I surfed onto your site because I am researching my roots. My great grandfather, John MacDonald was born in Stornoway to parents Catherine (nee Macleod) and Angus MacDonald. I would love to see the Isle of Lewis someday- it looks beautiful. I've always known of my Scottish ancestry, so it's nice to be a little more specific as to location. Great pictures!
